QIMSCare is a rostering and service management tool designed for home care providers.

The system looks at each service required by a client, helping ensure there is an appropriately trained worker assigned. The system considers leave, skills and client requirements.

Enter Employee/care worker Information, including availability and skills.
Web Based Timesheets for Care Workers
Workers enter their timesheets online, along with any client notes, These timesheets are automatically transferred to your payroll system after they have been approved.
Invoicing
Easily generate and send Invoices to clients or Funding Providers, (works with the NDIS portal). Easily Send Invoice information to your Accounting system without double entering data.
Payroll
Approve Timesheets, and easily send Timesheet information to your Accounting system without double entering data.

The system includes reporting allowing you to easily see performance and growth.
